The Upstate Orthopedics Lights on the Lake 5K Run is back!
In celebration of the 34th anniversary, Lights on the Lake will hold a 5K RUN on Sunday, November 19th at 6am at Onondaga Lake Park!
The early start time of the race allows for runners to view the lights while running as the sun rises!
The race starts and ends at the Marina Parking Lot within Onondaga Lake Park and proceeds down the Lights on the Lake route. Registration is $35 and each participant will receive a 2023 Lights on the Lake beanie and other great swag! Top finishers in each age group will receive a unique 2023 Lights on the Lake 5K ornament!
The race is capped at 750 runners!
Each runner will receive an Upstate Orthopedics cross body bag with their registration.

November 18th 10am-12pm - Griffin Visitor Center (next to the Wegmans Playground), 106 Lake Drive, Liverpool, NY 13088
November 19th (Race Day) 5am-6am - Marina Parking Lot
Lights on the Lake 5K ornaments are awarded to the top 3 finishers in each age level for both male and female!
