How will tickets be redeemed?

Tickets are only redeemable for the night you selected, anytime from 5:00-10:00pm. When you reach the ticket booth, please have your QR code displayed on your phone OR hand your printed QR code to the ticket taker. If you are using your phone to show your ticket - please make sure the QR code is pulled up and your screen is brightened.

What are the wait times to get into the show?

Much like amusement parks, wait times will vary depending on how busy the night is. The show is capped to ensure all vehicles WILL make it though the show between the hours of 5:00-10:00pm each night. Please keep in mind that on busy nights, especially around the holidays, wait times can be up to 2 hours. We recommend that you pack your patience and holiday cheer. Bring snacks, turn on the holiday music and make memories as you wait to see the amazing lights! You can even print out the free Lights on the Lake activity pages from the Winter Guide for the family to enjoy while you wait!

The show will remain open each night until the entire line is clear! Happy Holidays!

The date I want says it is sold out? Can I still come?

In an effort to ensure all vehicles can make it through the show each night, a capacity limit has been instituted. If the date you were planning on attending is sold out, please pick another date.

Why can’t I buy a ticket at the gate, like I have in the past?

To increase safety, become contactless and establish capacity limits an online advance sale system was instituted. Tickets are only available in advance and must be purchased online. If you are having issues purchasing tickets online, please contact Galaxy Media Partners at (315) 472-9111, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
